“I’m building DYBS because I know what it feels like to be thrown into adulthood without a map —
and I don’t want to see the next generation face that alone.”

The story behind DYBS

As a service-disabled veteran living with a traumatic brain injury, I know firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed by the ordinary. Bills. Routines. Hard conversations. Decisions that seem simple to everyone else.

DYBS is helping me rebuild my own confidence. And along the way, I realized something: the tools I need aren’t so different from what my child needs. From what any teen or young adult needs. We do not grow through information alone. We grow through guidance, encouragement, practical experience, meaningful connection, and having someone believe in us while we are still learning to believe in ourselves.

This isn’t just a program I built for someone else. It’s for me. It’s for my daughter. It’s for every young person who was or will be thrown into adulthood without a map.
We provide the compass for navigating the pathways of life. They choose the path.

Together, we’ll navigate life’s possibilities with direction, confidence, and practical skills.

As someone who enjoys lifting others up and watching them transform into the best versions of themselves, I’m investing my time, energy, and heart into DYBS because when we help one young person become more confident, responsible, and independent, the impact reaches their family, their community, and every life they touch.

Our Mission

DYBS exists to make sure
every teenager and young adult can step into adulthood with
clarity — not fear
.

We teach the real stuff schools skip: budgeting, credit, routines, communication, stress management, respect, planning for the future, and much more. Our workshops are designed to be
practical, encouraging, and judgment-free.

For parents, we offer support.
For young people,
we use tools from our Playbook that
deliver skills that actually stick
.

Our Vision

A world where no teen or young adult feels lost stepping into adulthood — and no parent feels helpless watching them try.

Where success isn’t just academic. It’s the ability to move through life with
clarity, confidence, and community.
Providing direction using
the eight principles that guide
every DYBS module.

Who we serve

Real people.
Real transitions.

Teens (13-19)

Learning to manage money, time, emotions, and identity.

Young Adults

Preparing for work, bills, relationships, and life on their own.

Parents & Caregivers

Looking for clarity, tools, and support for the young adults they’re raising.

Schools & Partners

Wanting engaging, modern life-skills programs that actually land.

Why DYBS

Most life skills programs are boring,
one-size-fits-all, or too clinical.

DYBS is a program that combines:

Coming in 2027: The DYBS Lifeverse™ — our immersive digital life simulator where teens make decisions, face consequences, and level up through real-world experience.

Because you can't learn life by reading about it.
You learn it by doing it.
