A teen between 13 and 17 17 may receive an individual Hub login only after a parent or legal guardian creates, approves, or authorizes the account and provides required consent.
Parents or guardians may have access to registration information, program enrollment, payment records, progress, badges, and completion transcripts associated with a minor’s linked account.
Journal visibility and sharing options will be explained inside the Hub before a journal entry is submitted. Journal entries will not be publicly displayed. DYBS may access or disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide requested support, address a serious safety concern, investigate misuse, or comply with the law.
Parents and guardians may contact info@dybs4life.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s information, subject to identity and authority verification and applicable law.
Content will not be placed on the DYBS Community Wall merely because it was emailed or submitted to us.
Before publishing personally identifiable content, DYBS will obtain permission from the person who submitted it. If the submission was created by or identifies a person under 18, DYBS will require permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Public submissions may be visible, copied, or shared by other internet users. DYBS cannot control what third parties do with information after it has been made public with permission.
